This summer Oranje beach bar is back. Get ready to travel to a unique location next to the sea. On Saturday 26/07 Evans Gougou will be our guest!

Bio:

Born in Athens and raised in Trikala (Greece), Evangelos Gougoulakis showed his passion for music early on. At the age of 10 he started studying classical guitar and music theory.

It wasn't long before he was attracted by the sound of electric guitars. He formed various projects and collaborated with fellow artists in various genres and styles. He performed live, composed and recorded in local music studios. These early experiences would form the basis of his deep musical understanding and set the scene for his future explorations.

Although previously familiar with the electronica scene, it wasn't until he moved to Patras that he started discovering the sounds of house, techno and minimal techno. He begun mixing and experimenting with different styles in local venues, parties and bars.

He eventually came across the Oranje Bus crew. After mixing for one of Oranje's parties, he was invited to join in and has now been part of the crew since the early days of 2012.

His mixes have been described as "...irresistibly warm and groovy sonic textures served with full bodied, electro-influenced techno beats..."
